But you have to do it the right way.<br /><br />You need two things at all - the first is <strong>hemp brush</strong> (or similar material), the second is <strong>terry towel</strong> (the new is better, because of its solidity).<br /><br />First of all take a brush (you can also take towel if you do not have brush) and brush all your body one or two minute till the skin becomes a little bit red. That really helps to you lymph and blood system and also maintains your kidneys healthy (you make their work a little bit easier).<br /><br />After that take a short cold shower (the colder, the better). If you are beginner with cold shower, you have to use longer period, let's say a few months, when you use colder and colder water continually. The best beginning period is late spring. The important thing for your health is to water every part of your body. You start with a few seconds and end with a few minutes. Longer time is not healthy.<br /><br /><strong>Warning!</strong><br />If you you are sick or have problems with heart, do not use the coldest water. The same is for older people. Young and adult organism is better to train, if you are older, you have to do it slower.<br /><br /><strong>Note</strong><br />In the beggining with cold water, you can have problems with breathing. If you put cold water on your chest, you will feel you cannot breathe. This is mainly psychical problem. Just breathe deeply before you start the shower and continue during the shower. After few days everything will be OK.<br /><br />The main purpose of this cold shower is to start the body and maintain it resistant to cold. If your body gets cold for a while, all processes started to run at 100%, so the body is prepared for everyday work.<br /><br />This procedure also keeps you fresh. If you are tired you can have a cold shower too or just put cold water on your face or even chest.<br /><br />A lot of people starts some morning exercises as the first time thing after waking up. This is quite unhealthy, because your body is not in normal mode. So if you have one night without a sleep and you will be in contact with stronger amount of viruses, you will be probably ill in following week.<br /><br />If you want to have some night party, it is recommended to support your immunity with multivitamins or/and amino-acids before and after. The simplest way to have a tea from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vilcacora">Vilcacora</a> (Uncaria tomentosa), the plant that highly increase the immune system activity. <br /><br />Do not have a party if you are not in good health condition.</li><br /><br /> <li><strong>Longer period without healthy sleep causes psychical disorders.</strong><br /><br /> If you are sleeping, the brain cleans your stress results, stabilizes your memory and regenerate your psychic abilites. After few days of very bad sleep (or sleep is absent), your intellect goes down very quickly also your memory and you can start some psychical disorders as depressions, anxieties, etc. If you live in highly stress environment (manager profession, bad family conditions, problems with your partners), the requirement of sleep is higher, because your brain must hold more negative factors.<br /><br /> If you have psychic problems, sleep better and more hours, otherwise your problems will be worse.<br /> </li><br /></ul><br /><br />Average human sleeps about 8 hours a day, but individually the requirement of sleep is from 4 to 12 hours. Try to experiment with the amount of sleep, if you wake up, you must feel well and fresh till 5 minutes you are on your legs. (source <a href="http://www.wpro.who.int/health_topics/tobacco/">WHO</a>) So why do people smoke and how is possible to stop smoking?<br /><br /><strong>History:</strong><br />As drugs tobacco is closely connected with the human history. The first tobacco users were people from ancient civilizations all arround the world about 5 000 B.C. (source <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoking">Wikipedia</a>). Of course as drugs, tobacco were used because of religional purposes (yes, our well-known shamans).<br /><br />The most famous fact from history is probably using tobacco by Native Americans from the time of Wild-West (you know it from westerns). These people used calumet - ceremonial smoking pipe. Remember the word "ceremonial", which does not mean, they used it for the style or escaping from reality.<br /><br />In Europe there were some waves of smoking as a cultural phenomena. Finaly in last 50 years the main product for smoking is the cigarette.<br /><br />Generally you can divide smokers to these groups:<br /><br /><strong>Cigarette</strong><br />The worst you can smoke. Today's cigarettes are not from pure tobacco, but full of artificial chemicals to enhance the taste, smoke, smell and nicotine absorption. Some sources say, there are more than 4 000 substances in cigarettes, most of them not really good for us.<br /><br />Because cigarettes are inhaled, your lungs will be full of tar (permanent status, you cannot remove it), you have great risc of many cancer types.<br /><br /><strong>Kretek</strong><br />Tobacco combined with clove was made at the beging of 20th century for curing lung's allergies. Less dangerous than cigarette, but still not healthy as predicted.<br /><br /><strong>Pipe</strong><br />Pipe smokers has mostly more quality tobacco, they do not inhale smoke to lungs and they are less physicaly dependent due to less smoking in general. So in this case less dangerous than previous types, but still risc of tongue cancer.<br /><br /><strong>Cigar</strong><br />If you are the right cigar smoker, you will have it in your mouth aproximately once a minute. Most of the time the cigar is resting in the ashtray. The most quality tobacco used, usually without added chemicals. Let us see why are the drugs so important for us and what can we do with it.<br /><br /><strong>History:</strong><br /><br />Drugs has been connected with people for very long time. There were generaly two purposes for making and taking drugs. The first was medicine (pharmaceutical companies are doing the same thing today) and the second was religion. Especially shamans used the drugs to improve their abilities, such as communication with astral word, healing or predicting the future. These shamans were (and still are) very special people. If somebody wanted to be a shaman, he had to do some very dangerous exams as proof himself to be immune to poisons. Of course many candidates died before they started to be shamans. Only people with exceptional health and genetically perfect adaption abilities could survive these exams. Remember -<strong> they did it for their people, not for themselves</strong>!<br /><br /><strong>Today:</strong><br /><br />Today we have very selfish reasons to use drugs - mainly to escape from reality and problems or just for not to be bored. This is very bad, because the drugs cannot give us this goal. Problems stay the same, reality too and sooner or later we have to come back to face them. Also the most of people do not have exceptional health and abilities as shamans did, so their life time shortens significantly.<br /><br />The next problem comparing to using drugs by shamans is the fact, that drugs are very big business. And if you have very good business, you want to have better one and do everything to earn more and more money. So today the drugs are much more dangerous than in history, because of a lot of chemicals processing to improve efficiency and getting 'loyal customers' dependent upon the products.<br /><br />Finally we can say, that taking drugs is nonsense, that cannot give us anything, except destroying our body and making our life more difficult. You will be the servant of drugs and you will do only what 'they' want.<br /><br /><strong>How to stop - Phase 1 - Experimenting</strong><br /><br />If you are just experimenting or thinking about to start using some drugs, it is not late. The first thing you have to do is to think about the reason of your behaviour. Are you tired, bored, ill, do you have too many problems, did somebody die? <br /><br />Try to <strong>increase the amount of endorphins in your blood</strong> (these things makes you happy) - do aerobic sports, eat chocolate, bananas, have a good sex or take some L-Tryptophan. Or just focus on some activity - sport, job, your relationship and you become happier. It takes some time, but you will make it.<br /><br /><strong>How to stop - Phase 2 - Light dependance</strong><br /><br />You tried it and it was good, you are taking some drugs time to time, almost with friends, but you do not need it.<br /><br />Maybe you are lucky and your dependance is not physical yet. <strong>Try to do everyting from Phase 1</strong> and do not take any potion. If you make it, good for you. If you must take it, you are unfortunatelly in Phase 3.<br /><br /><strong>How to stop - Phase 3 - Medium and Heavy dependance</strong><br /><br />You need it, you tried to stop, but you were not successful.<br /><br />You cannot stop alone, you are behind the border! You need specialist to help you. <strong>Stop reading this blog and phone your medical practitioner or find help center immediately. With this technique you will be able to fully control your will and also to control some of your vegetative functions such as breath and heart rate, energy distribution to your muscles and sense sensitivity. This is really science based on biochemical processes in your own body.<br /><br /><strong>Technique No. 2</strong><br /><br /><strong>1. Turn off everything</strong> that makes some noise (phone, ring, alarm clock).<br /><strong>2. Sit or lie down</strong>, it is up to you, but you have to feel comfortable and you have to stay up. For some people to lie down starts the sleeping phase.<br /><strong>3. Imagine this:</strong> You are in some very dark large room. You can also imagine other space, there is no limit. There is nothing but dark black around you. If you were in a deep cave without a light, you know what I mean. You see nothing but lighting candle in front of you. Watch this candle, do not think of anything nor you are watching the candle.<br /><br />Start doing this exercise about one or two minutes. After some time, when you have no problem to be imagine the picture of the candle, you can add 30 seconds. Add another time this way and if you will be able to concentrate on the candle for 10 minutes, you have very good mind control.<br /><br />Technique of imagination could be used as self-programming interface to your body. You can experiment with your own alarm clock. Imagine, that you will wake up in some time tommorow, for couple of minutes. If your will is trained well, you will do so. Begin with the shortest one and advance to the longest. Remember - health is everything.<br /><br />The first technique is also used in psychology to remove negative emotions from your mind. So if you will train this way, you will get two results - you can start to build your life in healthy way and you will clear you mind from the negative emotions and pictures. Also you can use this to remove light anxiety or depression.<br /><br /><strong>Technique No. 1</strong><br /><br /><strong>1. Turn off everything</strong> that makes some noise (phone, ring, alarm clock).<br /><strong>2. Sit or lie down</strong>, it is up to you, but you have to feel comfortable and you have to stay up. For some people to lie down starts the sleeping phase.<br /><strong>3. Imagine this:</strong> You are sitting in empty cinema and watching the movie. This movie is your current thought in your brain. E.g. you are thinking about eating, so you will see you eating in some restaurant. Observe your thought on projections screen, but try to feel nothing. You must try to stay neutral to you though, no feelings, only observing. After a couple of seconds imagine, that the movie is not color anymore, but it is black and white. After next couple of seconds imagine, that the film is getting smaller and smaller and at the end, there is only small spot on the top left corner of the projection screen and you are not able to recognize any image. Immediately start to observe next thought and do the same process with it. The main goal is to have the projections screen full of small spots, but no new thought to observe. Do not focus on cinema equipment but only on the movies.<br /><br />Start doing this exercise about one or two minutes. After some time, when you have no problem to be in the cinema for whole minute, add 30 seconds. Add another time this way and if you will be able to concentrate on the cinema and thought for 10 minutes, you are ready to next exercise. <br /><br />You can substitute the cinema for the computer, where you watch the video and minimalize the movie to the taskbar.<br /><br />Some people can pass this exercise very quickly (in a days), other in a weeks or months. So how to do it?<br /><br /><strong>The very first and the most important thing</strong> in your way to be healthy <strong>is your will</strong>. Is it really so important as I wrote? Yes, of course! Nothing is more important that your health.<br /><br />There were a couple of people in our history, who were successful despite of very hard or nearly impossible conditions at their side. Remember <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_Fox">Terry Fox</a>, who ran 5378 km in 143 days only with one leg and cancer in his body. Or <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Hawking">Stephen Hawking</a>, one of the biggest physicists of these days. He is not able to move, he can speak with special device only and he can move only partially with one hand, but he is a university teacher and have done a lot in physics reasearch.<br /><br />Do you think you have a good will? Try some experiment - imagine now some activity you really hate and do not want to do it. Is there some? Well, now leave the computer and start doing this activity. Are you able to do it for one hour?<br />If so, you have a very good will and you can start to change your health. That is why I have started to write this blog. <br /><br />Most of people are not able to imagine the importance of good health. If you do not have it, your life is very restricted, e.g. you cannot do your favourite sport, you cannot enjoy the nightlife, you cannot have a nice sex with your loving partner, you cannot eat and drink what you want to and you cannot do many other things.<br /><br />I know that most of you do not want to spend much time with some kind of exercises and diets, because you want to enjoy your life. In fact you do not have to. There are a lot of small improvements of your everyday life you can do in very little time.
