Healthy Morning Shower

Morning shower is one of the best routine parts for your health. But you have to do it the right way.

You need two things at all - the first is hemp brush (or similar material), the second is terry towel (the new is better, because of its solidity).

First of all take a brush (you can also take towel if you do not have brush) and brush all your body one or two minute till the skin becomes a little bit red. That really helps to you lymph and blood system and also maintains your kidneys healthy (you make their work a little bit easier).

After that take a short cold shower (the colder, the better). If you are beginner with cold shower, you have to use longer period, let's say a few months, when you use colder and colder water continually. The best beginning period is late spring. The important thing for your health is to water every part of your body. You start with a few seconds and end with a few minutes. Longer time is not healthy.

Warning!
If you you are sick or have problems with heart, do not use the coldest water. The same is for older people. Young and adult organism is better to train, if you are older, you have to do it slower.

Note
In the beggining with cold water, you can have problems with breathing. If you put cold water on your chest, you will feel you cannot breathe. This is mainly psychical problem. Just breathe deeply before you start the shower and continue during the shower. After few days everything will be OK.

The main purpose of this cold shower is to start the body and maintain it resistant to cold. If your body gets cold for a while, all processes started to run at 100%, so the body is prepared for everyday work.

This procedure also keeps you fresh. If you are tired you can have a cold shower too or just put cold water on your face or even chest.

A lot of people starts some morning exercises as the first time thing after waking up. This is quite unhealthy, because your body is not in normal mode. Especially muscles and hearth are in "sleep mode", so you can hurt yourself.

Do this every day, and you will upgrade your health with cold resistance, you will have stronger and healthier heart and also you will be fresh for you job.

Everyday Routine


The most important thing to have a good health is to do healthy things repeatedly. As wise Diogenes said "Habit Is Second nature". So if you make from some healthy activity your habit, you are at half way to win.

The most imporant everyday habits are:

- To get up at the same time
- To have an cold shower immediately after getting up
- To do morning exercise
- To eat minimum 5 meals a day, if possible at the same time
- To drink sufficient amount of water (2-3 litres)
- To do the relax or meditation
- To go to bed at the same time

Healthy Sleeping - Basic Information


Healthy sleeping is one of the most important factors for our health. Generally the sleep is a kind of regeneration process of all live beings.

If you want to be healthy, you have to sleep well. If you will not, there are many bad results:

  • The night without a sleep decreases the level of white blood cells (leukocytes) minus 30 percent.

    Leukocytes are the most important protection to any disease. So if you have one night without a sleep and you will be in contact with stronger amount of viruses, you will be probably ill in following week.

    If you want to have some night party, it is recommended to support your immunity with multivitamins or/and amino-acids before and after. The simplest way to have a tea from Vilcacora (Uncaria tomentosa), the plant that highly increase the immune system activity.

    Do not have a party if you are not in good health condition.


  • Longer period without healthy sleep causes psychical disorders.

    If you are sleeping, the brain cleans your stress results, stabilizes your memory and regenerate your psychic abilites. After few days of very bad sleep (or sleep is absent), your intellect goes down very quickly also your memory and you can start some psychical disorders as depressions, anxieties, etc. If you live in highly stress environment (manager profession, bad family conditions, problems with your partners), the requirement of sleep is higher, because your brain must hold more negative factors.

    If you have psychic problems, sleep better and more hours, otherwise your problems will be worse.



Average human sleeps about 8 hours a day, but individually the requirement of sleep is from 4 to 12 hours. Try to experiment with the amount of sleep, if you wake up, you must feel well and fresh till 5 minutes you are on your legs. If not, your sleep was not well.

Remember, that the deepest sleep is about 2 a.m., better sleep is if there is a dark outside and human biological clock expects the sleep between 22 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. in average.
